This particular project is based on the theme of minimalism, since the clients were looking out for interiors that made their apartment look spacious, sophisticated and different.
To make the rooms look spacious and elegant, natural graphite slabs in dark grey, with tinge of copper and bronze have been utilised. The apartment opens into the living room with an open plan kitchen and an island TV unit in its centre. An angular door to the compact common washroom with its mesh door provides a stark backdrop to the central TV unit.
This industrial look was highlighted with a metal truss hosting the track lights, illuminating from various angles. The apartment being located on the 12th floor receives ample sunlight. Large windows were installed so the sunlight could sanitise the kitchen counters.
The bedroom door has a copper laminate and a patina finish handle. A wallpaper with an antique finish was selected to achieve the converted industrial feel. The study and a TV add the finishing touch to the room. The room looks complete with the metal profiled door that opens into the balcony with deck wood and striped stone cladding.
A curtain separated the toilet and the shower area which gives the bathroom a compact look. A washbasin with a requisite vanity storage complies with the compact feel of the space.
